The Birds of the Air

June 23, 2022 by Ellen 4 Comments

Look at the birds of the air;

they do not sow or reap or store away in barns,

and yet your heavenly Father feeds them.

Are you not much more valuable than they? Matthew 6:26 NIV

This month, I’m taking a break from blogging to concentrate on other writing projects. However, I thought it would be fun to share some recent pictures. A variety of birds for you today!

Finally! We got a family of blue birds into the house. They didn’t stay long. Not sure what happened, but it could have been all the mockingbirds around!

This little fella was not happy about being pushed out of the nest!

This beauty literally flew into our front door. He wasn’t hurt. Just stunned for a bit!

Have a blessed week!

Torrential rains had been pelting us for weeks. With the rains came weeds growing tall in the flower beds. But I noticed other new growth, too. It wasn’t colorful flowers.
